A great scare was taken by the inhabitants of 25th Street with race 54 of the Montecarmelo neighborhood in El Carmen de Bolivar, when a young man apparently lost control of his vehicle, rolled a motorcycle and climbed one of the platforms of the sector.
Witnesses say the events took place in seconds. "He parked and when we saw him was moving car, he ran over the motorcycle that was also parked in the place.
The young driver, whose identity is unknown, pointed out that when he was placing the bar in a parking position and entered the car sank the accelerator and remained on the platform.
"Less badly at the time of the accident there was no one nearby but the tragedy would have been bigger, there were only a few vehicles and the bike alone," said several witnesses.
